This book is, for me, a bit special, since it is my first book devoted to plant colors. It’s a great place to start: it contains many simple recipes to make, and the author also offers recipes from old books that anyone can try. I especially recommend this book to beginners and those who already have a little experience on the subject. Beyond that, it remains useful, but will be rather limited if you are looking for really new information or recipes.
No unnecessary fluff here: I only send a newsletter when I truly have something to announce (workshops, classes, new recipes, etc.). On average, that’s about 1 newsletter every 2 months.
