Any order is firm and final after written validation (email, signature, or payment).
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes, unless otherwise stated.

A deposit of 30% to 50% may be required upon order. The balance is due upon delivery of the service or according to the schedule indicated on the quote.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the 14-day period, if the performance began with the client’s agreement.
Completion times are indicative. Any reasonable delay shall not justify the cancellation of the order or a claim for damages.
Julien Guinet undertakes to provide his services with care and professionalism. However, he cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage or loss of data resulting from the use of the service provided.
Unless otherwise stated, all created content (photos, texts, videos, mock-ups, etc.) remains the intellectual property of Julien Guinet until full payment. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
The information collected is intended for customer relationship management. It is never transferred to third parties. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data.
These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the company’s registered office.
